- Duration: Contract 9 months possibly extendable
- Pay: $19.50/hr on W2 without benefits $2 shift differentials
Additional Note
Schedules:
- All will start first week of onboarding as 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and then will be assigned to first or second shift depending on business need. (Every training session will be 5 days)
- July 14 – August 25th - Shifts are 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. 5 days per week.
- August 25th - We will start 12 hour day shifts 7 days a week. Until Sept 28th. (6:00 - 6:30).
- Sept 29th - We will have Packaging 24/7 schedule and Harvest a 12/7 schedule. Exact times TBD.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The General Operator role has a seasonality effect. The type of work assigned will vary based on the current season. In spring and summer, you will be assigned to teams supporting a variety of responsibilities. You could spend time inspecting and maintaining our seed crops or you could support seed inventory management at the plant. Fall is a busy season with harvesting and seed packaging in full swing. In the winter, you’ll be cleaning & packaging seed, supporting maintenance work, warehousing and shipping seed to ensure our customers have the product they need for the coming planting season.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
