What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Gravity?
The Coordinator is responsible for the dispatching and scheduling of Field Technicians for performance of all service related functions of equipment. Responsible for creation of work tickets, hours of service for field techs and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with ethics, honesty, values and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.
• Dispatches and schedules field techs for performance of all service related functions of equipment.
• Monitors hours of service for field staff to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Creates work tickets.
• Develops service schedules, fuel schedules and coordinates deliveries and pickups.
• Communicates with sales staff and customer requests to ensure orders are taken care of.
• Collects all work tickets from field staff to submit to admins for input into system.
• Maintains branch inventory and ensures accurate counts of equipment on location.
• Tracks all daily jobs and ensures tickets are maintained for each job.
• Provides technical assistance to field staff.
• Fosters a positive working relationship with co-workers, branch staff, customers, clients and
management.
• Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for answering company issued cell phone during on call hours, in accordance with company
and safety policies.
• Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
