The Opportunity
GraVoc of Peabody, MA is a 26-year-old technology solutions company with an established, and rapidly growing, Software Solutions practice seeking a full time CRM Developer with expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform. This person, with a software development background, will be capable of collaborating with our project team members and our customers on a variety of development projects that our company has undertaken. We are seeking a person who has worked in a consulting environment on the customization and/or implementations for Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service. Knowledge of the D365 and Power Platform development architecture is required.
Position Description: CRM Developer
Responsibilities:
- Work with project team from pre-sales presentations through scope of work development, implementation, and post implementation review. For existing clients, you will be responsible for maintenance and upgrade scoping and execution.
- Analyzing and understanding business requirements and translating those to deliverable customizations to meet specific customer needs.
- Develop high level technical specifications prior to, and in support of, deliverables.
- Develop, test, document, implement Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform and report customizations as per customer requirements.This work would include: Customization of entities, Plug-in development, workflow development, JavaScript development and security configuration.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time accordingly.
- Support sales staff in demo development as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar technical background.
- Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or 2 years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) experience in a similar consulting role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Software development experience in all or some of the following solutions to include implementation and support.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform
- Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Dynamics 365 for Marketing
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
- Power Platform Power Apps; Power Automate; Power BI
- Microsoft SQL Server including SSRS and SSIS
- Azure SQL / Azure AD
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform
- Development Skills required:

- HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/JQuery/VBScript/CSS
- Visual Studio

- Experience with the following Microsoft Reporting technologies
