Associate's degree in a related field or a minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in human resources, benefits, wellness, health promotion, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess advanced computer skills and abilities including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, HRIS and e-mail applications. Ability to process computer data, format and generate reports. Ability to multi-task and adjust work performance to changing priorities while sustaining required deadlines.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
- Assist with day-to-day benefits administration. To include accurate completion of requests for employment verification, processing of coverage termination letters, mailing of annual benefit compliance notices,
- Process weekly files for 401k and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.
- Submit monthly benefits reporting and maintain records for compliance with the Affordable Care Act provisions.
- Assist with setup of new hires in the benefits enrollment site and 401k plan. To include accurate data entry; data uploads and follow up with team members until enrollment is complete. Responsible for uploading new hires in enrollment system and with the 401k provider and for terminating team members in certain systems.
- Participate in the implementation and administration of team member benefit programs such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, Retirement Savings Plans, ESOP and others.
- Resolve team members’ benefit inquiries timely with thorough research and documentation.
- Process benefit changes due to qualifying life events, qualified domestic relations orders, qualified medical child support orders, etc.
- Manage and track benefit vendor invoices.
- Assist with department activities, including: annual open enrollment, health fair, health assessments, flu vaccinations, lunch and learn seminars, Gray Mazing Race, etc.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of team member’s personal information.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
