Experienced Florist/Floral Designer

Reed & Cross is a full-service floral shop located in Gray’s Garden Center in Eugene. We are seeking a Floral Designer/Floral Processor for the Valentine's and Mother's Day holidays. This position REQUIRES floral design experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Can design consistent quality floral arrangements for all occasions and holidays and have them ready for delivery or pickup.
  • Ensuring that flowers are properly watered and stored to prevent wilting.
  • Selecting and arranging flowers and decorative items to create standard and customized floral arrangements.
  • Floral Design your duties will include waiting on customers, taking orders, and meeting with clients who want to customize their orders.
  • Delivering orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Physical requirements are standing on your feet 95% of the time, and repetitive use of your arms and wrist.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be reliable, creative, self-motivated, friendly, upbeat, and have great customer service.
  • Candidates must have a valid Oregon driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to deliver floral arrangements.
