Job Summary/Description:

Gray is in search of a dedicated full-time Bilingual Digital Content and Social Media Strategist who possesses exceptional skills in writing, storytelling, editing, and developing social media content strategy to produce data-driven results in engagement, impressions, sessions, new users, and video plays.

This role will play a pivotal role in developing captivating social media stories and content for Gray-owned digital platforms in various Telemundo markets. The objective is to build and expand the news vertical through various social media platforms, with a specific focus on creating compelling content tailored for the Hispanic audience in the United States, employing a high level of storytelling.

The candidate will work with the digital content team to reshape English or Spanish-language content from numerous local markets to produce engaging content for distribution on various digital platforms. Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for the adoption of new formats and platforms based on insights and analytics is a key component of this role.

In addition to creating content, this role involves providing constructive feedback to the team and evaluating materials submitted for social media and online publication. Contributing to the InvestigateTV en Español social media and digital content. Collaboration with teams to guide changes in content, style, organization, or publication.

The successful candidate will prioritize video content across platforms, including OTT, YouTube, and more to foster growth and interaction with the Spanish-speaking audience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the occupation or as an Editor.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish is a must, and the ideal candidate will have a background in the digital and social media industry, coupled with expertise in identifying and engaging consumers.
