Gray is currently seeking an energetic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento, CA.
Under the direction of the Service Manager or Business Unit Manager, responsible for the coordination of specific components of services related to construction projects or specific internal operation's related projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Composes and processes routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
Assist with incoming dispatch requests as they come in in a manner that the respective customer requires.
The Service Coordinator will assist with reviewing completed field job tickets on a daily basis (Monday through Friday) and enter in the system to get ready for billing.
Prepare all work orders received daily for the technicians to include entering complete and clear notes per task.
Inventory/tracking management for all services work
Input capital work orders related to projects and PO generated work for service.
Generate and submit material PO’s to Gray vendors.
Requests customer and mall owner’s insurance certificates per specific requirements.
Requests and reviews mall requirements.
Obtain insurance certificates/approvals.
Assist with ordering various materials for job site per direction of Project Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school preferred; and a minimum two years related experience and/or training; or three years minimum experience in related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical publications or government regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have basic business mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or other forms.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and scheduling applications. May require knowledge of applications specific to the department assigned.
