About the role
We’re looking for a talented Junior-Midweight Designer with ideally around a years experience to join our growing Design studio. So if you’re looking to become a key part of a small, dynamic and ambitious team then read on…
We need you to have an excellent grasp on all graphic design principles and have a desire to show creative flare, along with a great handle on current and future design trends. We like to challenge the norms of design and as part of that, we’re placing ever greater importance on AI tools and platforms. We’d therefore love to hear from people who are well versed in this space and know how to get the most from it.
We’re looking for someone who is competent in PowerPoint presentations, report and document design and has a keen eye for typography. As well as being experienced in using Adobe software such as Photoshop and InDesign. A working knowledge of social media motion graphics would be an advantage but not mandatory. We’re looking or someone who is pro-active, keen to learn and develop and wants to be an active part of the team (not to just make up the numbers).
What will give you the edge
PowerPoint Template design:
- Comfortable creating new templates or tidying up Presentations form existing.
Artificial Intelligence tools/Platforms:
- A good working knowledge of Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion and
Chat GTP.
Adobe Illustrator skills:
- Layout design, Infographic design
- Strong understanding of export settings and file management.
Adobe Photoshop skills:
- Image editing, photo manipulation, colour grading, mock up Creation.
- Keeping files and layers clean and easy to for collaborators to pick up and work on.
- AI Generative fill techniques.
Adobe InDesign Key skills:
- Layout design, use of master slides and paragraph/character styles
