Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PPCNP-BC): Open until filled

One of Harbor Regional Health’s established Rural Health Clinics has an exceptional

opportunity for a board certified or eligible Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join

our team in providing both hospital and outpatient clinic services. We are looking to expand

our pediatric provider group of two Pediatricians and one Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and

want you to come provide your excellent pediatric services in the Pacific Northwest, at our

hospital and clinic located in Aberdeen, Washington. Call shifts are rotating - which include:

newborn deliveries, inpatient, outpatient & emergency department calls. We are offering full-

time employment through our Medical Group.

Harbor Regional Health is a Sole Community hospital in a HPSA designated area serving

approximately 70,000 patients in Grays Harbor County. There is a surgical department, birth

center, as well as an Emergency Department and a CCU. The hospital’s Family Birth Center

has a C-section surgical suite and a healthy newborn nursery (no NICU). They currently

deliver from 200-400 babies a year. It is a Level III facility.

Education:

• Completion of Accredited Education and Preceptorship

• Board Certified Primary Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PPCNP-BC)

• Active Washington State License

• Experience Preferred

Compensation: 

Full Time Employment 3-year term contract 

Competitive Annual Income $90,040-$128,790 

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus 

Relocation Assistance $5,000

Benefits: 

$4k/year for CME related expenses 1 week for CME (while working 4 days in clinic) 

20 days PTO (based on seeing patients 4 days a week)
