At GRAZE we make delicious sandwiches and salads. We are looking for people who are enjoyable to be around, like to work quickly, and who take care of customers. Every employee does everything. You will prep food, make sandwiches and salads, wash dishes, serve customers, and clean clean clean.

If you have experience in fast food, or are looking for a food related job, we offer better pay, a better environment, and better food (to eat and serve). We try and create a great work culture at Graze. We are looking for people who want to achieve and work as a team.

We are hiring as it gets busier at all three locations. Possibly two hires for each location. Looking to hire six people between 16 to 30 hours a week, with the possibility of going full time. Day and weekend availability are very our biggest needs right now.

We are hiring at all three locations, but are asking for resumes to be submitted at the Richland Shop, located at 610 George Washington Way.

To apply bring a resume to the Richland Graze or a paper about yourself (handwritten or typed works). Come between 8 and 10am or 2 and 4pm and speak with the manager. (All three shop managers share resumes with each other. So you only need to drop off a resume or a paper about yourself at one location.)

Starting pay is minimum ($16.28) plus a beginning tip share averaging $2 hour. Reviews and raises at 30 and 90 days. Most employees by day 90, with tips, are between $19.50 and $20.50 an hour. Most employees by six months are at $21.50 to $22.00.
