We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Associate in our Atlanta, GA office to support our sales and marketing team. This position is responsible for creating graphic -related work for our marketing materials, including offering memorandums, flyers, maps/aerials, brochures, presentations, eblasts, and other promotional materials.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Create graphic content ranging for marketing materials and presentations including broker opinions of value, offering memorandums, email blasts, announcement cards, research reports, maps/aerials, etc.
- Work with brokers and clients in photo selection, layout, and retouching
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (primarily InDesign and Photoshop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or marketing
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, communicate clearly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong design and layout skills
