We're the largest franchisee in the US. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base comm productivity tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $31.73/hr. some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $20/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.
