Universal Windows Direct - Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM/PPC Social Ads)
Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing digital marketing team and achieve our goal of becoming the best home improvement company in the nation. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for managing all paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and a variety of other digital advertising platforms. This includes, but is not limited to search, display, and video networks. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively manage budgets and work with the Digital Marketing Team to maximize ROI, drive high-intent traffic, and generate quality leads.

· Conducting and reviewing keyword, audience, & bid research and management--monitoring budgets for all active campaigns.
· Ensuring ads are targeted to the most relevant audiences/search queries/etc., while researching new audiences.
· Implementing new digital advertising platforms that have the potential to move the needle, and overseeing the testing, tracking, and reporting on those tests
· Ad copy writing for PPC and social ad creation
· Compiling detailed, easy-to-read reports; finding insights and suggesting solutions based on those reports
· Management of third-party vendors for paid search.
· Staying informed of industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts, sharing knowledge to team members
Successful Candidates Will Have Experience With
· Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms
· Performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition
· Current trends and best practices in search engine marketing
· Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) --SEO knowledge is a plus!
· Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
· Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Ability to work independently and as a team.
· Problem-solving in a variety of situations.
· Ability to own projects – making sure they get done correctly and on-time.
· 3-5 years of SEM/PPC experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
· Experience with other lead-gen organizations-nice to have
