GreatFlorida Insurance of Sebastian is looking for an Insurance Agent Trainee that is sales oriented to help grow a personal lines agency. The ideal candidate must be friendly and goal oriented.

Responsibilities include:

First line of phone contact for the office.

Greeting office visitors.

Servicing customer needs.

Calling the conservation list.

Maintaining accurate customer files and the agency management system.

Identify cross selling opportunities and prospecting new business.

Knowledge and Skills:

Prior insurance sales not required.

Desire to learn.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking.

Positive attitude, Team Player, Coachable.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Position is Full Time Mon-Friday, 9:00 to 5:30.

Salary plus Bonus.

Paid Time Off.

Paid Vacation after 6 Months.
