Job Description
Manufacturing Management Trainee
Excellent position for individuals looking to learn how to lead in a manufacturing environment. Candidate will work alongside senior plant management and operators.
MUST be bilingual English / Spanish
Must be at least 7 out of 10 proficiency in MS Office - Excel / Word
Candidates with logistics or manufacturing backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Production
- Compile all production reports
- Create new production cards for new orders for production board
- Make labels for finished goods
- Assist all managers with all inquiries
Quality Control
- Create and review production bags to distribute
- Collect samples for production
- Archive all samples from production for future orders
- Request orders for temporary employees to HR
- Conduct Set-Up Building orientation for all temporary employees
Shipping
- Receive materials when needed
- Create tickets
Purchasing
- Request orders for purchasing manager on all supplies needed for Set up Plant. Gloves, hair nets, housekeeping materials,
- Order corrugated boxes for old jobs
Clerical
- Distribute samples and material for jobs
