Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Hours – Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Pay Range – $25 / hour
- Location – 801 Carlson Pkwy, Minnetonka, MN 55305

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed.
- Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently.
- Report any problems/deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance
- Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues.
- Interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns
- Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc
- Test the resident security systems as required.
- Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to, trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc.
- Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management.
- Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows.
