What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waterpark Supervisor position at Great River Entertainment?
Huck’s Harbor is looking for friendly, outgoing individuals as supervisors of the staff and to provide a safe and fun environment to each guest.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works directly with the manager in training lifeguards
- Works in rotation in any guard position
- Works in the park helping guests or employees
- Enforces policies, rules, and regulations
- Maintains constant watch over lifeguards and for accidents in the water
- Administers first aid to injured guests and employees, when needed
- Responds to and manages emergency situations
- Keeps the facilities in a clean and orderly condition
- Assigns staff placements for the day
- Performs basic administrative duties such as writing reports
- Ensures everything is ready to open the waterpark, if scheduled as the opener
- Ensures the park is closed properly and ready for the next day, if scheduled as the closer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
