The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing nurses and health programs in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities for Director of Integrated Health Services:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all integrated health services including medication-assisted treatment and psychiatric prescriber services.
• Supervise and evaluate licensed nursing staff and other assigned support staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient delivery of nursing services.
• Oversee medication management, provide education and training to staff, assist with treatment planning, and serve as a resource regarding psychiatric and medical practices.
• Meet quality, utilization and financial targets for assigned programs and services.
• Participate in strategic planning, development, implementation and marketing of agency programs and services.

Requirements for Director of Integrated Health Services:

• BSN or MSN/APRN licensed in Ohio.
• 2 years experience managing nurses and health programs, preferably in behavioral health.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and monitoring standards.
• Ability to evaluate staff performance, coordinate services, and work within a budget.
