The Greater Cleveland RTA is searching for a talented Supervisor of Business Process. Detailed Description

Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the departmental manager, the Business Process Supervisor will supervise application testing and training for the functional areas of the Authority that utilize GCRTA’s Enterprise application as well as other GCRTA applications. The Business Process Supervisor will also utilize Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence software to improve antiquated work processes and eliminate custom solution in preparation of GCRTA’s migration to a cloud product. The Business Process Supervisor will also supervise the development and maintenance of a work process database for all GCRTA business functions that utilize the GCRTA Enterprise application as well as other supporting applications. The Business Process Supervisor will supervise the application problem solving function of the Authority by interacting with representatives of the vendor proprietary website, Business Process Leaders and users in the functional areas.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or have a bachelor’s degree with significant classwork in the computer science profession. Applicant must have 7-10 years of problem-solving experience in the computer science field. It is strongly preferred that the applicant have 3-5 years of GCRTA experience working with functional areas of the Authority. Experience utilizing Oracle’s EBS application is required. Applicant must have experience using report writer software, such as SplashBi, to create reports and dashboards. Applicant must have a complete working knowledge of relational databases, and the ability to learn how to utilize Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence software, such as UI Path. Applicants will be required to take training and get certified in a Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence software product. Applicant must have experience in composing work process documentation. Applicant must have problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate. The successful applicant must have the ability to comprehend all four functional areas (Financial, Disbursements and Receipts, Supply Chain, and Human Resources), as the applicant must supervise the ongoing and constant rotation of duties between the Business Process Leaders.
