Under the guidance of the departmental manager, the Business Process Supervisor will supervise application testing and training for the functional areas of the Authority that utilize GCRTAs Enterprise application as well as other GCRTA applications. The Business Process Supervisor will also utilize Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence software to improve antiquated work processes and eliminate custom solution in preparation of GCRTAs migration to a cloud product. The Business Process Supervisor will also supervise the development and maintenance of a work process database for all GCRTA business functions that utilize the GCRTA Enterprise application as well as other supporting applications. The Business Process Supervisor will supervise the application problem solving function of the Authority by interacting with representatives of the vendor proprietary website, Business Process Leaders and users in the functional areas.

Selection Process: This is a non-bargaining exempt level position. Merit system rules do not apply. No Eligible list will be established. The selection process will include one or more components to demonstrate applicants knowledge, skills and abilities in job related areas. These may include exercises such as practical demonstrations, written communications, oral interviews and/or competency assessments.
