We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our non-profit community mental health center! This position will support the day to day operations of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include overseeing employee personnel files, collecting necessary forms and documents, ensuring all information is current and helping with employee questions and inquiries.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field. This is a great opportunity for someone that is either new to human resources, or has 1-2 years of experience. Must be self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
