What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records & Quality Supervisor position at Greater Nashua Mental Health?
Greater Nashua Mental Health Center is looking for a Medical Records & Quality Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for the oversight of the Medical Records Department, supervision of Medical Records staff and implementing the agency’s Health Information Policies and Procedures. Our records department is fast paced and supports a large staff and client population.
This position also supports the Quality & Compliance Department in the monitoring of the agency’s performance improvement activities, quality improvement initiatives and compliance practices.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA, client rights and confidentiality. Experience with the Mental Health system is preferred. Highly valued core strengths include: flexible work attitude, organization, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. A high level of communication skills both written and verbal is required.
