Job Overview:
We are seeking an Information Technology/Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring their efficiency and security.
Duties:
· Develop a working knowledge of credit union data processing system
· Maximize the operating effectiveness and efficiency of our technology platform by driving continuous improvement.
· Assist Manager with integration with 3rd party systems and software
· Manage upgrades, deployments, and day-to-day system administration of software and hardware
· Monitor and/or maintain firewalls and network infrastructure, server environment including core, disaster recovery environment and backups, security tools and ISP
· Manage website, phone systems, electronic signs, and all other marketing media
· Monitor and mitigate issues with online banking and mobile app
· Maintain technology and upgrades at branch locations
· Assist Manager in network management and troubleshooting
· Perform back office duties to include all day-to-day processing programs
· Responsible for after hours system outages and interruptions of member facing services and core.
· Develop and maintain internal procedures documentation and training
· Provide technical support to staff
· Develop staff training as needed
· Work directly with Manager on credit union projects, upgrades and implementations
· Develop an understanding of the Credit Union history, philosophy, organization, policies and procedures.
· This position is fully in person.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years IT/operations or equivalent
· 3-5 years Credit Union or financial services experience preferred
· 2 year degree in business or related field
· Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
· Experience working with a variety of financial systems and platforms such as core banking, ATM’s, payment services, wire systems, ACH, Online and Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Fraud.
· Willing to work flexible hours and travel to branches, when required.
· Detailed organizational skills
· Self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
