Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (some flexibility)Salary: $65,000/Annually As a critical member of the plant finance team, the Accountant will provide support to the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare reports and statements related to plant financial matters and ensure quality and timeliness of entry to Corporate Accounting and Plant Operating Departments. What You'll Do:•    Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.•    Prepare and issue monthly reports and statements related to plant financial (performance) and ensure quality and timeliness of entry to corporate accounting and plant operating departments.•    Assist in providing accurate month and year-end closing activities, including Journal Entries and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.•    Maintain fixed assets and tooling ledgers.•    Prepare for and participate in all internal and external accounting-related audits.•    Participate in quarterly physical inventories as assigned.•    Assist in managing accounts receivable.•    Able to provide backup to account receivable specialist for customer invoicing and cash application. •    Utilize delay time constructively by doing housekeeping or other area improvement activities.•    Personal attendance records should remain in compliance with company guidelines.•    This list is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as necessary. Able to work overtime as assigned.
