What You'll Do:
- Commitment and compliance to all safety policies and procedures to ensure zero injuries or incidents.
- Analyze and investigate all work requests and develop work order-based job plans.
- Coordinate with maintenance lead to plan maintenance work, estimate time and resources, and schedule planned jobs.
- Manage maintenance scheduling process including daily and weekly management meetings.
- Ensure parts, materials, and tools are appropriately requisitioned to complete planned jobs.
- Work with maintenance manager and maintenance lead to support plant reliability and mechanical integrity programs.
- Oversee plant PM program.
- Track and report on appropriate metrics to monitor and improve maintenance performance and plant reliability.
- Lead planning/scheduling effort for major plant turnarounds and equipment overhauls.
- Responsible for adhering to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for inventory control processes. Ensure compliance with formal processes and tools, and manage information in a timely, accurate manner.
- Manage warehouse to insure accurate and complete inventory.
- Manage cycle counts and perform counts regularly.
- Perform analysis of parts inventory based on previous 12-month parts usage to establish a required parts inventory.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Other tasks as assigned by maintenance supervisor/manager.

- 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting dealing with maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of computer programs (I.E. Excel, Word) through either education or previously held positions. Microsoft Office/Excel/BLISS.
- A demonstrated ability to type.
