As an Office Administrator you will be assisting the Robstown location with daily assignments, which may include but is not limited to, supporting the Chief Operating Officer with tasks, weekly reviewing accounts receivable and contacting customers for collections, sending monthly statements to customers, and other duties as needed. This is a new position for this location, and the position will be evolving.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily
Deposit checks received by WCEC from the previous day
Contacting customers for payment of invoices charged to their account
Other duties as assigned
Monthly
Process Accounts Receivable customer statements
Order necessary office supplies for Robstown location
Assist in the office as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Acute attention to detail
Conscious of timelines
Able to switch tasks quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic understanding of computers and Microsoft office
Ability to learn and navigate through company specific programs
