Sales Representative (F/T only/ Preset Appointments)

```Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. We are hiring sales representatives beginning February 1st through the last week of June. The selling season begins in February and ends on August 15th. To qualify for this position, you must have some commission only sales experience (siding, cars, windows, gutters, roofing, mortgages, security, etc). We do not offer part time positions. You must be willing to work a minimum of 6 days per week. All successful applicants must complete 2 and 1/2 days of training. You will be assigned 2-3 pre-approved appointments per day. You can expect to start running appointments immediately after training (possibly on the evening of the same day you complete training if you live in or close to the training city/hotel). You must cover your entire market, meaning a two hour radius. Sales representatives do not make a salary or receive benefits. If offered the position, you will be an independent contractor. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a social security card, and proof of auto insurance. You must also have a smart phone.

If you live more than fifty miles away from the training hotel, which is located in Raleigh/Durham, NC, we will pay for your stay. Breakfast will be provided, but lunch and dinner will be your responsibility. Your hotel room will be prepared the day before your first day of training. You are expected to arrive at the hotel at 6:00 P.M. on the day before your training starts. If your training starts on Sunday, you will be expected to be at the hotel at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday. You are not permitted to bring another person with you to training. It's understandable if this is a necessity, but you will be charged by the hotel for extra guests and may end up having to pay for your room as well. The dress code for training is casual. Training schedule starts every Sunday, continuing on Monday, and ending on a half day on Tuesday. It starts again on Wednesday, continuing on Thursday, and ending on a half day on Friday. Classes begin at 8:30 A.M. and run until 6:00 or 7:00 P..M.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs

- Achieve sales targets and goals within assigned territory or market segment

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Skills:

- Proven experience in commission only sales

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide ongoing account management support

- Technical aptitude to understand complex products and solutions

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
