Green Bow Farm, a diverse and regenerative farm based in Kittitas Valley, Washington, is hiring a Head Butcher. The farm is located outside of Ellensburg on 56 acres where we produce grass-finished beef, pork, chicken, lamb and eggs on pasture and sell direct to customers. The farm includes an onsite processing plant as well as a farm store featuring a fresh meat case and serves customers direct with retail cuts as well as custom meats for exempt customers. We operate both retail exempt and custom exempt.
Applicant requirements
- Able to manage a team efficiently
- Able to work with a schedule
- Good physical health
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities
