Administrative Assistant Food Services
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Food Services. The Administrative Assistant will assist in the completion of administrative tasks related to the Food Services Department including but not limited to: date stamping and initialing all incoming mail, prioritizing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, performing record keeping and general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing), utilizing the PO system and submitting purchase orders and computer work orders, utilizing School Dude to submit and follow up on maintenance work orders, being responsible for the handling, accuracy, and submission of payroll timesheets, and other duties as assigned.
This position is 32 hours per week and is temporary and not benefit eligible. This is a leave of absence replacement located in Brewster, NY.
High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of administrative experience is preferred. Role is expected from May to September but can possibly extended.
This role pays $18.70-$19.80 per hour depending on experience. Due the the temporary nature of this role it is not benefit eligible.
