The Supply Chain Manager at Green Cubes is responsible for the supply of just in time, high quality finished goods to support our customers' requirements and demands including production scheduling, as well as continuous improvement of material acquisition and management costs, inventory costs, logistics costs, and forecasting lead times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures necessary to ensure effective material planning and logistics functions including customer service, material planning, production scheduling, receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory management, and inventory control.
  • Gather and analyze customer demand on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis to provide volume and financial planning to leadership team.
  • Manage material planning and logistics initiatives for legacy products, new product launches and engineering changes.
  • Develop and achieve departmental budgets.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce working capital, reduce material acquisition costs, improve lead times, reduce material management costs, and maximize on time delivery of material needed for production.
  • Coach, hire and inspire team members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and foster a continuous improvement environment.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as required.
