Maintenance Technician in Parsons, KS
20 hours per week
This position answers to the Leasing Manager and Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience working with logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)

- Parsons, KS 67357: Relocate before starting work (Required)
