We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our Sierra Sky Ranch Hotel! The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
Overview:
· To set up and prepare daily Continental Breakfast Buffet by 7:00 am
· Restock Items on buffet during operational hours
· Make sure the guests have clean plates, bowls, glasses and utensils
· Clear dirty dishes from busing areas and wipe dirty tables
· Make sure kitchen and buffet areas are clean for the next shift
· Interact with guests, providing warm and welcoming service
· Work closely with the Breakfast Cook throughout the entire shift
Details:
· Ensure all items are well stocked throughout the shift
· Maintain fruit, toast station, hot foods, condiments, coffee station, juice station and cereal station throughout the service period
· Follow all sanitation, cleaning and organizational procedures
Cleaning & Sanitation:
· Set up of a Sani bucket to wipe all product contact surfaces
· Wipe and sanitize all guests’ tables
· Return buffet areas back to stock set up for the next shift
An ideal candidate would be an organized self-starter who works well independently and interacts well with guests.
