We at the Green Hills Childcare Center are seeking a qualified childcare worker to join our team in promoting each child’s self-worth and self-expression in a safe environment. Located in West Liberty in beautiful Logan County, Ohio, we are a close drive from Bellefontaine, Urbana and surrounding areas.
As a member of the Green Hills Childcare Center team, you will assist in providing a happy, healthy, and safe atmosphere for all children in attendance at the Center. You will encourage each child's growth, both socially and intellectually in line with the curriculum. Certain tasks may include (but are not limited to); sorting and arranging toys and toy shelves, helping to serve snacks and meals, cleaning and disinfecting of the environment, readying children for a nap and maintaining a quiet atmosphere during naptime, sorting and putting away clean laundry, and all other duties as assigned by the Childcare Director.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with the children, residents, family members, co-workers and the general public.
- Must be eighteen years of age with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
