Position Overview:
As a Roof Damage Assessor at Green Home Roofing, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating roof damage, providing accurate assessments, and recommending appropriate solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of roof damage, including inspections of shingles, flashing, gutters, and other roofing components.
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repair or replacement based on assessment findings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain assessment results, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, including photos and documentation of damage.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in roof damage assessment, roofing installation, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, construction techniques, and repair methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle signs of roof damage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
