Job Summary:
This CRM Lead Manager position is responsible for the ongoing dialing production and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring that operational tools and teams are moving forward to deliver a timely, superior customer experience. Manages activities of sales teams and manages the leads, email campaigns and calendars. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term CRM capabilities and objectives. Ensures dialing delivery against established plans and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resources to meet solution requirements. Facilitates resolution of sales issues and roadblocks to insure sales success. Operates and owns the CRM documentation, content and structure, calendaring, and process management toolset.
The Lead Manager will support the definition of the current and future CRM strategy, advise on CRM best practices, and drive continued performance against growth and revenue goals. The role requires a combination of creativity and strategic thinking, as well as strong analytical, technical, and consultative skills. The ideal candidate is highly curious, willing to take initiative, collaborative and has a passion for innovation and creativity in CRM. In this role you will lead, audit, and improve the current Call Tools Dialer & CRM.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing, implementing, and supporting Call Tools & Velocify CRM on premises applications that are built to support and streamline business operations.
- Proposing solutions for implementation within the dialer system & Velocify CRM.
- Proposing solutions for integrations with other systems or Data sources inside or outside of Velocify CRM.
- Creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites, collaborating with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, and network)
- Ensuring adherence to established standards
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Communicate with management.
Experience Requirements:
- Call Tools Dialer 2 years (We accept an alternative dialer service with similar functionality)
- Velocify CRM 3-5 years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
- Strong knowledge of the Velocify CRM architecture
- Ability to work and collaborate in a professional, corporate, team-centric environment.
- Must have strong written, verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification is a plus

Education Requirements:
BA or equivalent
