Human Resources Generalist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with employees at all levels to address HR-related inquiries and provide guidance
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP and Oracle to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
- Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA regulations
- Manage the administration of workers' compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP or Oracle
- Familiarity with organization design concepts and methodologies
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for recruitment purposes
- Working knowledge of Kronos or other timekeeping systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
