Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Duties:
- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to showcase products effectively
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Skills:
- Experience in technical sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Knowledge of wireless, jewelry, or electronics sales is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Previous experience in retail sales is desirable
