Cannabis Flex Specialist

The Flex Specialist will be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects throughout all sectors of the company including retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and facilities. This is a fast-paced environment so adapting to changing priorities, oftentimes with little prior notice, and maintaining a calm composure is essential for this position. Because they will be serving many roles throughout the company, they need to be capable of learning new processes quickly and be willing to help wherever is necessary at any particular time.

Responsibilities:

• Weighing, packaging and labeling flower, concentrates or other cannabis products
• Producing, packaging and labeling prerolls
• Delivering wholesale or processing orders to clients
• Assisting the Cultivation team as necessary with garden projects
• Assisting the Manufacturing team as necessary with lab projects
• Assisting the Inventory team as necessary with product intake, counting or restocking
• Assisting the Facilities team as necessary with maintenance projects throughout the different facilities
• Assisting with general maintenance and cleaning projects throughout all sectors

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

No industry experience required but is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Extensive walking, bending, kneeling and crouching

Prolonged periods of standing at work stations

Ability to work in an environment with exposure to kief, strong cannabis odors, and some degree of solvents and cleaning product odors

Prolonged periods of driving

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid State ID

Authorized to work in the US; proper employment documentation.

Must have valid drivers license and personal transportation

Must be willing to conduct criminal background check and have no violent crime or controlled substance felonies

Compensation Plan:

This position starts at $16.00 an hour and is capped at $20.00 an hour. Compensation changes will be discussed and will be the decision of management at each review period.
