Business Intelligence Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst who will be responsible to leverage data analytics and visualization to bridge the gap between the data and business. This position plays a key role in seeking out and facilitating strategic initiatives for department managers to improve efficiency and performance for e-commerce platform revenue. You will act as a communicator and facilitator for other departments in translating data into actionable insights and finding innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish Data visualization and analytics on business metrics for department stakeholders;
• Conduct interactive dashboards on Tableau and translate analytical reports to departmental managers;
• Use various resources to identify, collect, and consolidate financial, business data;
• Collaborate with report stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery;
• Deliver fact-based insights on best practices to key departments based on analysis derived from data;
• Conduct forecasts on sales, inventory, pricing, etc. that enables data-driven decision making and insight generations for upper management;
• Provide ongoing maintenance and development of data warehouse using structured query language skills and BI best practices.

Requirements:

• Have 2 years experience with data visualization BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Plus: experience with SQL, AWS Athena, NetSuite, Magento, Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to consolidate, interpret and present data in timely reports/dashboards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
