The Director of Sales is a direct contributor role that will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans with a focus on digital transformation services and team leadership. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hard-working, and thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. The ideal candidate is highly effective at dealing with many personalities and various constraints of a “scale up” organization. This individual has been a part of a sales team that scaled to 9 figures in revenue. This individual would manage and lead the sales team and sales objectives within the organization using strategic planning to meet sales targets and developing and cultivating relationships with clients.
