What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers?
Full-time position now available in our Pearland center offering the opportunity to provide breakthrough behavioral health care services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy to patients with depression and other mental health disorders. Greenbrook is seeking an individual who will be certified to administer and support patient treatment under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and management team.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Delivering behavioral health treatment services, including TMS therapy and/or esketamine to our patients - paid training and certification is provided
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to key stakeholders, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year in a patient care/mental health office setting, OR
- a HS Diploma or Associate's degree and at least 2 years in a patient care/mental health office setting
- at least one year Medical Assistant or Mental/Behavioral Health experience preferred
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Billing software knowledge
- Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers & medical necessity guidelines are preferred, but not required
- Clinical Interviewing
- Basic Life Support Certification - will be provided

This position will primarily work out of the Pearland center but may require travel to other centers in the region as needed. While our normal business hours are M-F 8:30a - 5:30p, we need availability from 7am - 6:00pm (working 8 hour shifts) as our hours of operation are flexible and varying depending on our patients' needs.
We offer a competitive pay range of $20-22/hour (based on education level and prior experience) PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
