What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA HC - Evening Shift position at Greencroft Communities?
Job Description:
Positions open for CNAs to provide high-quality daily care to residents. This includes bathing, dressing, feeding, taking and recording vital signs, as well as helping residents with activities of daily living.
Duties Include:
- Observe, report, and document all changes in resident health or mental status.
- Maintain clean and safe resident care areas.
- Measure resident temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, intake and output.
- Serve trays, feeds residents, remove trays, pass nourishment and fresh water as directed.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
- Completed and passed the training and competency exams as approved by the state board of health.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
Schedule: Full Time
- Hourly rate based on experience.
- $1.50 additional per hour for second shift.
- $1.50 additional per hour for third shift.
- Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour.
- Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule.
