Job Summary
Customer Service Representative - The Greener Cleaner
Part Time to Full Time
2 to 3 days per week during training - working up to 5 or 6 days per week (no Sundays)
Hours Vary (7 am Start or 2 pm Start)
Shifts majority of shifts in Skokie, 1-2 shifts/week in Chicago (Edgewater)

Your responsibilities for this position include:
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome as they walk into one of our stores
- "Detailing" clothes into our computer system accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to learn about the dry cleaning, wet-cleaning, and laundering process, so that you become knowledgeable about our industry
- Learning how to sign up customers over the phone for our pick-up and delivery service
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, with a customer service mentality.
- Responding to email questions and queries
- Team player attitude, willing to help the team whenever asked
The perfect candidate will also be well spoken over the phone and have the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or over email
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
