What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Greengate Fresh?

Office Administrator will work with the Manager of Operations in vendor, customer and contract management. Will ensure all required documents have been received, signed and approved for all vendors and customers. Coordinate and manage IT requests. Assist in research needed on the Finance/Accounting side to ensure compliance.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage office facilities

· Administer contract for vendors and customers

· Responsible for managing, coordinating, ordering hardware for IT

· Manage IT projects and ensure their completion within required timeframe

· Accountable for vendor approvals as well as ensuring all required compliances are met

· Manage insurance administration with exception of health and WC

· Assist in the creating and implementation of location policies

· Accounting research on an as needed basis: sales tax rule and property tax

· The handling of PACA claims

· Manage location security

· Assist CFO with projects for facility

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Minimum of three (3) years experience in vendor management and Finance, preferably in the areas of vendor management as well as Finance/Accounting.

· Two (2) to three (3) years office administration experience.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:

· High school diploma

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

· Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

· Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
