Real Estate Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking or willing to train a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing properties, negotiating leases, and ensuring the overall success of our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance

- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with tenants

- Conduct market research to determine rental rates and property values

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants

- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner

- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Monitor rental payments and ensure timely collection of rent

- Prepare financial reports and budgets for each property

- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration

- Knowledge of real estate law, market trends, and property management principles

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software applications

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
