What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Client Success Specialist position at greenpath, inc.?

Once a client has been placed on a Debt Management Program, our Client Success Specialist (CSS) handles any changes, concerns or issues that arise. The goal of a CSS is to take the hard work out of the client’s hands by interacting with their creditors directly and helping individuals better manage their debt in a timely fashion. The result is increased quality of life and decreased overall stress for our clients.

Meet Antonio, age 47.

Antonio started his journey with GreenPath about four years ago. His income was unstable at the time, due to lower demand in the construction market. Prior to contacting GreenPath, he supplemented his income with cash advances and credit cards. After years of trying to manage his own debt, keeping up with minimum payments just wasn’t enough. He needed a way out and reached out to GreenPath for help.

After completing an assessment with one of GreenPath’s Financial Wellness Experts, Antonio made the courageous decision to go on a Debt Management Program (DMP). While on the DMP, things weren’t easy. Antonio made sacrifices, like staying in when his friends went out, taking a second job and working as much as he possibly could. There were moments of frustration when the balances did not decrease as quickly as he wanted. However, Antonio knew that it would be worth it and he pushed through, one deposit at a time, with the help and support of the Client Success Team at GreenPath.

Four years later Antonio is just months away from completing his journey. He reflects back in awe of how far he has come financially. He started his plan with 12 credit cards and now has one left.

His phone rings and he recognizes the number as GreenPath. What once was a sinking feeling, is now excitement as he listens to the Client Success Specialist, Harold, on the other end of the phone. Harold is excited to share with Antonio that he just spoke with Chase and received the final payoff balance of $207.56. Antonio cannot believe it. There is only one payment between him and financial freedom.

Harold clarifies some of Antonio’s final questions, congratulates him on a job well done, and hangs up the phone. Antonio tosses his phone on the couch and throws his hands in the air in victory. For first time in his life, he is debt free. It was a long journey but well worth it.

Antonio’s arduous journey is not uncommon. 80% of Americans struggle with debt.

Our 2027 vision is to “Remix the American Dream, so it Works for EVERYONE.” Harold, a Client Success Specialist for GreenPath, is one of 500 team members working toward that vision. Will you join us?
