You will oversee the delivery of all technical aspects of our digital transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with a variety of teams to create a robust agile SDLC framework for the project teams. You’ll have the opportunity to lead multiple agile teams made up of vendor and GreenPath team members to deliver quality software products. You will manage key individuals in roles like Business Analyst, Architect, UI Designers, Quality Assurance Analysts and Software Developers. The end goal is to have a high-quality product to provide positive experiences to GreenPath clients and team members.

You Have:
- 10 years relevant working experience in software development or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
- 7 years of IT experience in end-to-end application platform/service delivery
- 3 years of management/supervisory experience in software development and delivery
- Proven experience with modern microservices based web applications, API & web services and integrations
- Knowledge of Azure cloud-based application development and deployment methodologies
- In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies required.
- Previous experience as a scrum master or Agile Train Engineer is a plus
- Knowledge of advanced systems analysis methods, practices, and principles.
- Experience working with hybrid teams including vendor and in house development teams as well as offshore development teams.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery
The Day to Day:
- Take complete ownership of designated applications from conception through design, development, test, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Application Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Security teams for design, development, testing, maintenance, and support.
- Plan, implement, and ensure that all delivery milestones are met. Participate in monthly steering committees and periodic planning sessions for the applications assigned.
- Provide solutions for business and technical problems related to the application including usability, performance, security, resiliency, compatibility, and scalability.
- Proactively recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in, contribute to, and assimilate changes, enhancements, requirements (functional and non-functional), and requirements traceability.
- Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve in-house practices and services to support continuous digital advancement of our services.
- Develop professional relations with business leaders and establish effective solutions to meet business needs and bring the best ROI.
- Prioritize the solutions based on the capacity available. Effectively communicate the release and implementation plans and priorities to the business teams.
- Act as the scrum master when needed for the projects/workstreams, and coordinate across cross-functional project resources, ensuring all steps in agile-based SDLC are executed,
- Assist in establishing, enabling, and improving software development methodologies, procedures, and policies.
- Other duties as required.
