Associate Client Support Specialist

At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we're seeking an Associate Client Support Specialist in our East Lansing office. This individual will provide the daily operation of the client operating system software. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring GreenStone users receive the highest level of technology support services.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a required 3 days in the East Lansing, MI corporate office.

Day in the life of an Associate Client Support Specialists:

• Providing technical support to end-users.
• Setting up new laptops and peripherals.
• Maintaining inventory of software and hardware.
• Perform software installs, OS imaging, minor hardware repairs/maintenance, and assist with moving employees' desktop equipment.
• Perform basic user administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Provide security recommendations and execution using Defender 365 analytics.

What Experience can you Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field required.

• Microsoft products to include Windows 10, 11, and Office 365

What will set you Apart?

• Basic PowerShell skills for maintaining and writing scripts
• Application packaging and deployment within MS Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune.
• Windows Policy Configuration using GPO and Intune.
