Camp Spearhead Female Cabin Counselor

*** THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT/RESIDENTIAL POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER CAMP SEASON ***

Cabin Counselors share the responsibility for campers’ well-being and provide positive role modeling for daily living skills and participation in all activities.  The CC is also responsible for managing the cabin for safety and cleanliness and creating a warm, harmonious cabin environment, working cooperatively with other members of the camp community.

Qualifications: 18 years old & high school diploma or GED

Must be able to begin working May 13, 2024.  Work weeks begin Monday mornings at 7:30 am and end Fridays by 1:00 pm.  The pay rate is $504/week ($5,044.00 for the 10-week season).

Camp Spearhead began in 1968 to provide recreation for children and adults with special needs.  Summer camp allows the opportunity to nurture friendships, maintain socialization skills and provide respite for families.
