Position will act as liaison for the benefit program for Greenville ISD. Ability to interface/work with outside vendors and third-party insurance administrators. One of the main functions will be reconciliation of all benefits. Oversee and provide employee benefit data input into the district operational system and reconcile employee benefit activity data on a daily and monthly occurrence. Organize an appropriate schedule for departmental and campus document retention and oversee that process with a third-party vendor. Organize and present all information concerning Employee Benefits operations and employee expectations on interaction with online or automotive systems of operations. Able to maintain confidential conversations with employees. Position will be a heavy customer service representative of Greenville ISD, as they are assisting new hires and current hires with benefits questions.

Pay: $53,666.00 - $65,856.00 per year
