Job Description:

Due to Greenwich Private Equity’s principals having identified an additional $1.25 Billion in assets for acquisition, development, construction and production, we are accelerating our growth by aggressively expanding our accomplished executive team to expeditiously increase assets under management for the firm.

Among other responsibilities, you will be responsible for representing Greenwich Private Equity’s exclusive private equity investment opportunities to high net worth individual and family office clients and prospects. This role is an important component of the firm’s plans to continue to execute on its strategic growth initiatives. The firm’s principals invest in controlling positions in alternative private equity investments in several select industries including, but not limited to, new luxury residential real estate development for the top of the 1%, innovative luxury private aviation for the 1%, entertainment and technology.

Major Duties:

Marketing the firm’s private equity opportunities to various types of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors.

Successfully execute marketing and sales.

Identify, qualify and develop high value sales opportunities with prospective clients.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing investors.

Gain qualified referrals to additional high net worth investors from existing investors, sell new prospects through follow up until closing.

Initial focus will be completing a $40 Million preferred private equity capital raise, unleveraged pro forma 21.6% IRR over six years, secured by prime residential real estate located among the world’s wealthiest homeowners and highest value homes in Greenwich, CT. Wholly owned subsidiary has identified for purchase and development, pricing agreed upon, several prime properties for new construction of several exquisite primary homes for a lucky few among the top of the 1%. Nationally acclaimed award-winning architects, exquisite interior designs, smart, luxurious, energy efficient homes, security, privacy and more.

· The preferred candidate for this position has private equity or hedge fund sales experience, is a self-starter, highly energetic and self-motivated.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Experience in alternative investments, hedge funds and/or private markets, is preferred.

· Enjoys determining concerns or objections, and overcoming them and closing deals.

· Effective tasks management and prioritization.

· Strong educational background. MBA and/or CFA is helpful but not required.

· Series 7 and 63 licensed, or 82 and 63, experience may be helpful but is not required.

· If now Series 7 and 63 licensed, or 82 and 63, you may be able to work with us through your Broker-Dealer.

· Highest level of integrity and pays attention to detail.

· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work autonomously on multiple projects while under pressure.

· Proven ability to think ahead with vision and a proactive approach.

This position requires a background check.
